Our Paper
We digitally print your invitations on 250gsm white metallic / shimmer paper. Other colours (provided they exist!) are available on request for no additional cost. But please note due to limitations of digital print we are unable to utilise dark paper colours.
Production Procedures
Once your order has been submitted through this website, payment has cleared and any images have been received we will commence production of your order.
Within 48 hours you will then receive an art approval form for your approval / amendment. Please ensure you include a valid email address to faciliate this step of the process.
Once we receive your signed art approval form your order will be completed within 1-7 working days (i.e. our next print run), then shipped to you via Australia Post. As we do all our printing in-house we can accommodate orders with short notice periods upon request.
Please note we do not commence printing until we receive your signed form. Any delay with returning this form to us may impact upon your requested delivery date.
Including a Photo?
Although professional / studio photos work best we understand this is not always possible, and provide you with the following advice when submitting your photograph(s):
1. Ensure there is adequate lighting when taking the photo. Not only does this ensure there is no shadowing on your precious child's face, but it helps keep skin tones even.
2. If your camera has stability control, please use it :)
3. As a minimum "normal" resolution on your camera is fine, but we prefer you take the photo in "fine" mode. Photos taken on mobile phones are not suitable for reproduction.
4. There is no need to crop your photos for us, or resize them to send to us. We actually prefer you didn't as we need some tolerance in the photo provided to ensure it suits the design.
5. If you have chosen a portrait design please provide a portrait photo, and a horizontal photo for a horizontal design. Trust us - it makes a difference! :)
6. If possible provide us with two or more of your favourite photos to choose from.
7. Think about the colours your child is wearing - they may clash with your chosen colours for the invitation (or alternatively we can use the clothing colours to guide us for the invitation colours - it's up to you!).
8. If possible please take images against a solid colour background.
If we have any issues with your photos we will let you know.
Email your hi-resolution image to orders@invitationschristening.com.au with your invoice number in the subject line, and we'll take care of the rest.
Payment Methods
We accept two types of payment methods:
Direct Debit Details will be provided upon checkout. This is our preferred method of payment (and it helps keep our pricing to you low!).
Paypal VISA and Mastercard only. Please note this will be billed from Paris Paige Marketing Services (our parent company).
Refund Policy
24 Hour Change Of Mind Customers who change the mind are able to cancel their order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing and paying for their order. Orders cancelled outside this period, provided production has not commenced, will be issued with a credit note, which is not redeemable for cash.
In Production If a proof has been produced this is deemed as production having commenced. Any cancellations within this period attract a fee equal to 50% of the total order, which may not be used for store credit.
Completed Order Cancellation of completed orders (which begins once the approved proof has been returned) will attract a fee equal to 100% of the total order value, which may not be used for store credit.
Shipping Policy
Domestic
All shipping is at a flat fee of $10.00 per order and sent via Couriers Please, to any state and territory within Australia. We will notify you once your order has been shipped. Depending on your location please allow between 1 - 5 days transit time. Please note we are unable to accept PO boxes for delivery.
International
Option 1
For a flat fee of $20.00 per order your invitations are sent using Australia Post's International Express Service. Depending on your location this can take between 3-10 working days to reach you.
Option 2
For a flat fee of $40.00 per order your invitations are sent using Australia Post's International Courier Service. Depending on your location this can take between 2-4 working days to reach you. This option is fully trackable.
Sample Policy
In order to keep our pricing to you low we are unable to send out samples of our invitations. However, our minimum purchase is only 1 unit, and what you see* online is what your final print will look like.

Your personal information is collected so we can administer your transaction, and will be entered into a central database for future direct marketing initiatives conducted by Paris Paige Marketing Services [PPMS] t/a invitations [christening]. You may opt-out from this service by sending your request to the Privacy Officer at any time.
PPMS may disclose consumer information to third parties as necessary in order to effect, administer or enforce a transaction requested by you, to companies that perform services for us or to prevent fraud.
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, nor do we collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13.
This website may create links to third party websites. PPMS is not responsible for the content or privacy practices employed by websites that are linked from our website.
